No, you should never water your Lafleurbouquets. Preservation involves replacing the natural sap with a special glycerin-based formula, and adding water will actually damage the petals and shorten their lifespan.
What are your shipping times and costs?
We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your location.
Can I return my order if I change my mind?
Because our floral arrangements are perishable, handcrafted, and often made-to-order, we do not accept returns. However, if your item arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 48 hours for a replacement.
